Join the CSN Coaches Program!
The Idea
We want to make sure every cheerleader in the Netherlands has access to great coaching. To do that, we’re putting together a team of coaches ready to bring the best out of every athletes to help the sport grow, one gym at a time.
Why join the team?
We value the work coaches do, so we’ve built a program that supports you too.

Travel: You’ll get to visit different clubs across the country and work with new athletes on their home mats.

National Workshops: You’ll be part of the Coaches team for official CSN workshop and events.

We’ll Help with Education: Don’t have all your coaching papers yet? No worries. If you have the skills, we’ll see that on selection day and help you get the right certifications afterward.

Get Paid: We value your work! CSN will pay you for your time and expertise at clubs and workshops.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for anyone who genuinely enjoys coaching and wants to help athletes improve. Whatever your specialty is, if you’re motivated to teach, we want to meet you.
Selection Day
The first step is a practical tryout. It’s a chance for you to show us your technical skills and how you work with athletes.
